The Foundations community health grantmaking is designed to create the highest quality of life for vulnerable individuals and families in central and southeastern Ohio. 

The Foundations strive to prevent and end homelessness, support individuals and families to incorporate healthy nutrition and physical activity into their daily lives, ensure individuals and families access appropriate and affordable oral health care services, and proactively address specific and targeted community needs.

The Foundations grantmaking investments are designed to improve the systems of care that provide direct services to vulnerable individuals and families.  Further, the Foundations seek to support outcomes that will produce measurable, long-term impact; are sustainable over time; and may be replicated.
