OhioHealth Nelsonville Health Center Opens with Dedicated Heritage Community Room

An open house introducing area residents to the OhioHealth Nelsonville Health Center was held in October.  The new, 20,000 square-foot center provides urgent care and a broad range of outpatient health services to the community, including access to the Heritage Community Room – named in recognition of the Osteopathic Heritage Foundations’ support to create the Heritage Endowment for Community Health Education. In recognition of breast cancer awareness month in October, the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation of Nelsonville and Susan G. Komen Columbus launched the Southeastern Ohio Breast Health Initiative.
