The Foundations focus primarily on mission-related, targeted Funding Priorities and proactively seek organizations and programs to support, rather than operating within the conventional grant-cycle framework. Generally, the Foundations do not accept unsolicited grant requests; instead, grant requests are considered through a Request for Proposals (RFP).

Rural Homeless Initative in Southeastern and Central Ohio (RHISCO)
The Foundations released the final Request for Proposal for RHISCO Phase III Exit Strategy on April 21, 2010. The final phase of RHISCO focuses on support for direct services provided at the local level and continued capacity building at the provider and coalition level.
