Funding Priorities

Reducing and Preventing Homelessness

The Foundations seek the following overarching outcomes as a result of grantmaking investments in the Homelessness Funding Priority.
  • Advocacy efforts that result in additional support and leveraged resources to address homelessness.
  • Increases in the number of counties setting and achieving comprehensive plan goals to prevent and end homelessness.
  • Increases in the number of systems and organizations that improve service delivery and coordination such that more impact is achieved for more persons in less time.
  • Increases in the number of at-risk individuals and families that maintain stable, affordable housing.
  • Increases in the number of homeless individual and families that move to affordable and permanent housing.
To accomplish these overarching outcomes, the Foundations will invest in certain homeless Initiatives.
