Reducing and Preventing Homelessness
The Foundations seek the following overarching outcomes as a result of grantmaking investments in the Homelessness Funding Priority.
Advocacy efforts that result in additional support and leveraged resources to address homelessness.
Increases in the number of counties setting and achieving comprehensive plan goals to prevent and end homelessness.
Increases in the number of systems and organizations that improve service delivery and coordination such that more impact is achieved for more persons in less time.
Increases in the number of at-risk individuals and families that maintain stable, affordable housing.
Increases in the number of homeless individual and families that move to affordable and permanent housing.
To accomplish these overarching outcomes, the Foundations will invest in certain homeless Initiatives.
