RCIF Partnership Fall Grant Cycle Announced
The Osteopathic Heritage Foundation of Nelsonville (the Foundation) and the Rocky Community Improvement Fund (RCIF) are pleased to announce their 2019 fall grant cycle funding partnership.
Since 2013, the funding partnership has awarded more than $500,000 to over 60 organizations. This fall, the Foundation and RCIF will again collaborate to support local programs in Nelsonville and surrounding areas addressing children's welfare and education, healthy food access, the needs of older adults and community health and wellness. Nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations in Athens County and surrounding communities are encouraged to apply here.
An informational meeting for organizations interested in submitting an application will be held August 15, 2019 from 10:00 a.m.-noon at the Rocky Outdoor Gear Store Community Room (39 E Canal Street, Nelsonville, OH 45764) and will include an introduction to the funding partners, an overview of funding priorities and application best practices.
