Since 2013, the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation of Nelsonville (OHFN) has collaborated with the Athens Foundation and the Rocky Community Improvement Fund to leverage resources in support of 195 programs serving vulnerable populations in southeastern Ohio, especially in Athens County. Investments from OHFN were targeted to programs impacting health and wellness, education and mentoring and human services.
