In 2019, the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation endorsed support for new innovative, sustainable community-based strategies designed to increase access to healthy foods and behavioral health and substance use disorders programs and services. Since then, the Foundation has approved over $19 million for its Healthy Food Access and Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorders initiatives.

This report focuses on outcomes from two initiatives supported through these funding priorities: Healthy Food, Healthy Franklin County and Youth Behavioral Health Capacity Building Initiative.
