The Heritage College’s Community Health Programs recently unveiled its new, 40-foot, custom-built mobile clinic to provide free and reduced-cost medical care to rural and underserved communities in southeastern Ohio. Services include childhood immunizations, breast cancer screenings and blood pressure checks. The new mobile clinic was funded by the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation and the Komen Foundation. The Heritage College has been using mobile units as part of health-care outreach efforts for more than 20 years.
