Each year Ethiopian Tewahedo Social Services (ETSS) recognizes individuals for their compassionate service and contributions to the community of refugees and immigrants living in Central Ohio. This year, Susan Beaudry, vice president of the Osteopathic Heritage Foundations, was among the Community Champions recognized at the ETSS Evening of Promise 2021 celebration. In conveying the award, ETSS shared, “The support Susan and the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation provided helped ensure the health and wellbeing of immigrant and refugee families throughout Central Ohio. The ETSS Community Navigator program allows us to reach into highly isolated and underserved communities, linking them to behavioral health and other needed services. What you helped us accomplish during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic was and continues to be astonishing.”

Congratulations to Susan and thank you to ETSS for your vital work in the community!
