In recognition of this milestone, the Foundation’s 25 Years of Service and Impact Initiative provided support to organizations addressing critical health and human service needs in central and southeastern Ohio. Through the initiative, the Foundation approved over $7.7 million, investing in organizations and projects focused on disease prevention, health promotion and improved health outcomes. From increasing the healthcare workforce to expanding programs addressing the behavioral health needs of vulnerable populations, 38 organizations received support to increase access to health-promoting services.
