One Foundation – 2024

Following a long and productive history of working together, sharing a staff and some Directors who served on both Foundation Boards, the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation of Nelsonville merged with the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation. The unified Osteopathic Heritage Foundation will maintain the Foundations’ mission, vision and approach to grantmaking and continue to allocate resources to support community health initiatives in southeastern Ohio, aligned with its funding interests and priorities.
